Dead Men Tell No Tales

I really like this piece but somehow I can't help to feel that there's a something slightly off with it. Well, I am not good with critiques but the first thing that took my attention was the shadow, especially the one on close to the hand on the wheel, the one located near the bottom of the picture. Perhaps it's just how I see the picture but that part seemed a little hard to make out. But overall, I believe that this piece is really nicely done while having quite the impact for the viewers. It is beautiful in a dark sense. Hope that this is alright.
