I like the blueness of this piece for sure. The way you used different hues of blue is very well done here. You also used hints of red purple to outline and separate the subject from the bright hues of the background. I think you could still go further with your values. I believe you could have shaded her right shoulder a bit more to add some depth into it as well as to give this sense of shade continuity from her neck and head. Also, I bet highlights could have also helped as well as it certainly did for your subjects snout. I see this shining cerulean hue on it that I think could have been used to define the edges of the lighted parts of the lizard woman. The overall subject is painted and defined very well overall but I believe you can go further in giving her more depth by using darker values and bits of highlights. All in all, keep up the good work!
